It can be accessed by a Trap Door on Hargate's Isle after accepting The Origin of the Slith quest. I have got a character in Hargate'h laboratory, where locations of ground are protected with poisonous slime.The personality has 80 resist to poison and acid solution.I observed that they appeared to still take significant harm when heading through the poison-ground areas. OK give thanks to you.
